My Winter- Holiday Art for the season.
Classic Tabby with White MaineCoon in 1750s style clothing and a Saltbox house in the background.

I find civilian clothing more fun to paint these days, maybe since work I can't show online is ALL uniforms!!
Civilian can show social class, background and ranges a lot more.

I immediately thought you should be drawing children's books, comics or something! That is amazing work! The details and the colours... And how do you make the elements look just like they should look like. Cloth looks like cloth, hair looks like hair etc. Beats me. ^^

Well I did make a tutorial on this painting, but it was the background only at my old account.

As for painting the figure, just remember cloth, fur, hair, etc is imperfect and are not smooth so you're adding imperfections.
